About the Class:

Join in this guided meditation and intention-setting experience to mark the beginning of a new lunar cycle. Embrace the energy of the New Moon to slow down, attune to your inner self, reflect on where you’ve been and where you want to go.

Throughout this 1-hour interactive discussion and guided meditation, you'll learn to set mindful intentions to guide you forward for the next moon cycle.

Open to all levels of experience, from beginner to seasoned meditation practitioners.

Cost is $10/person


About Your Guide:

Nicole VanTassel is a 5th grade teacher and a mindfulness explorer. She loves adventures with her family, winter walks in the woods, paddleboarding on the lake, and her morning coffee.

Since the unexpected loss of her sister in 2015 and her subsequent journey into grief and healing, she has been working on living with a little more presence, slowness, peace and intention, and is finding new ways to share what she has learned along the way.
