Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes gentle healing and optimal health.
Reiki is conducted by “laying of hands”. It is non-invasive and requires nothing from the participants other than to be open and willing for energy exchange. The word Reiki itself translates to mean “spiritually guided life force energy.”

Ki = Life Energy
Reiki energy comes from the divine and is connected to every living being. It travels through the practitioner, to heal on all levels. The body performs optimally when its energy flows uninterrupted through energy channels. Illness, Trauma, Stress, or even excessive fatigue can disrupt your body’s healthy flow of energy. By finding the areas where energy is “stuck” or “stagnant” and offering Reiki, we can promote overall wellness for body, mind, and spirit.
At Studio 99, our sessions incorporate a variety of energy healing modalities so that you can choose the experience that best fits with your wellness goals:
01Reiki with Regina
When providing Reiki to a client, Regina will typically lay hands at and around the head and at each of the body’s energy centers. (permission is always obtained before offering touch). She may complete an energy scan, looking for peaks or lapses in the energy field. When identified, Reiki is directed to this area to facilitate an even energy flow throughout the body.
Regina is Usui Reiki, Master-level trained. She believes strongly in the benefits of Reiki, having both experienced it herself and by bearing witness to her clients as they share their healing journeys. Regina would like to promote Reiki as a habitual act of self-nourishment for her clients. For this reason, she feels strongly in making this benefit financially accessible to all.
Regina works on a sliding scale that allows people to pay what is comfortable within their own means.
60 min session is $45-$100 (pay what you can).

02Intuitive Healing with Monica
Monica has been a certified Master Reiki Healer, in the Usui lineage, since 2015. During her intuitive healing sessions, she weaves traditional Reiki techniques together with her certifications in massage, embodiment, mindfulness, sound healing and energy work.
Her sessions evoke a very subtle, warming energy, inducing a state of relaxation and rejuvenation. Monica’s work supports you to harmonize imbalanced energies, release blockages, accelerate healing, assist in cleansing toxins, treat chronic and acute physical conditions, enhance creativity, and develop a deeper self-awareness.
Each holistic session is intuitively guided and completely unique to YOU. Monica’s sessions are performed on floor mat, and are a combination of Reiki, healing touch massage (clothes ON), intuitive life coaching, and healing with crystals, sound and aroma.
60 minute session is $125
Monica is currently seeing Reiki clients on Sunday afternoons and occasional weekdays. Please complete an inquiry form to schedule an appointment.
