Kelly Yonston, travelling yoga and mindfulness teacher, will guide you through a fun and uplifting partner yoga and acro yoga workshop, where you'll learn to build trust, strengthen your body, and flow with others in creative and playful ways. NO experience is required to enjoy this light-hearted flow!
Stephanie Sawtelle, nature-based wellness coach, will enhance the practice by incorporating empowering wisdom from her allies- the horses; herd animals, who are natural mentors in the benefits of strength through unity. Like horses in a herd, we are stronger when we move as one. Just as a horse moves with grace, strength, and deep awareness, we will embody these qualities as we connect with ourselves and each other.
